i just lost my 4 years progression on apex legends from my ps4 account, when i tried to move from console to pc I found my account empty as if i just started the game from 0, thank you very much EA, never playing your stupid game again.

Yeah, I lost my PlayStation account after your own rep told me to unlink it and relink it to my current steam account. Will never spend a dime on your game again, after having played for 4 years

I lost all my unique cosmetics from my Xbox when I ported over to the EA app as the main. Also, the currency and levels accrued did not transfer over. I'm not really all that salty about it as I am exclusively FTP and hadn't used my Xbox account in years, however, I'm pointing out that the function did not work as stated in the video. For those that have spent money, this requires either a refund or correction with compensation.

This is bs I’ve lost everything from my main account and now I’m stuck with a lvl 10 account with nun of my stuff. I’ve spend over 700 dollars on YOUR game and can’t access a penny. I’ve already been in contact with you guys for the last 2 months and was told there was no fix. Smh I would expect more from a “multimillion dollar company”

I have 1 account and when the cross progression thing happened it reset my account back to how it was a couple of weeks ago. I have spent money in those weeks and now it is all gone. Please fix this.

Legit just lost all progress on the BP, all my apex coins, treasure pack progress and around 4 months worth of miscellaneous things.
Despite all this, I understand that I’m lucky to still have my og items from 4 years ago, while others have *everything* gone.
