I lived in Medellin for exactly 1 year, Sept 04, 2012 - Sept. 04, 2013 before moving to Ecuador and now I have been in Peru for over 5 years. Medellin was the greatest experience of my life. I only knew 2 words of Spanish when I moved there, hola & adios and immediately enrolled in the language program at EAFIT Universidad. Hope to return there soon with a Peruvian woman for her and I to learn each others language.

modellin is the best city in the world right now, most vibrant culturally diverse and open, creative and expressive and tolerant and giving. im so impressed at the transformation they have done im leaving my home to move there asap, i just got back from my first visit, and im just aching to get back and finaly feel home somewhere with real people. im moving there soon, i cant wait, i love my country but medillin is better then in my dream what i hoped .

Hey Chris. nice video, thanks for showing a different side of Medellín.

We are doing expeditions to different places in Colombia, mainly remote areas, accessible by 4x4.

One of them, is in Magdalena Medio (Puerto Triunfo) 4 hours from Medellin. The trip usually takes 3 days, we have different experiences: freeing little turtles a the river, have lunch by the river, get to visit 2 waterfalls and do a cool rafting in Río Claro, these are really beautiful places.
