Newness had some of the best crying I have ever seen in a movie. Nicholas and Laia did a phenomenal job with their characters.

This movie made me cry so much. You may think is all sex and stuff but it’s actually a really good movie and has a great message.

the cinematography really matches the atmosphere. It's visually minimalistic with maximalism of the plot. best movie to showcase the reality of being a millennial

I Just finished watch this movie and I cried, I think it’s shows that people coming with their preferences or secret of what they want and good thing they are being so open, but doesn’t matter how well that open relationship goes.... real feelings and real love always prove that loving each other shouldn’t be for share. 😭😭😭😭 sooo deep!

It's been a long time since a movie really captivated me. The soundtrack, the cinematography, and the chemistry between the lead characters made me feel like I was right there, experiencing every emotion right along with them. Nicholas and Laia were perfectly cast in this film.

The epitome of a modern, millenial relationship. This is the scariest movie you’ll see in 2018. From their fights to the situations they place themselves in and with other people, you’ll observe a dark but cutesy, heart-fluttering romance. The cinematography is absolutely amazing, great movie!

I don't get open relationships. It definitely not for me, but I don't judge those who are in one.

Open relationship is just not right man. It shits on the most important concept of being in a relationship which is couples being loyal to one another.

I think it's alright to watch this movie with your significant other, but you gotta make sure that you watch it till the end. Cause that's where the real message and the conclusion are. I like this one. ❤

Excellent movie. Highly recommended. I love the chemistry between the two main actors and the connection they had throughout the film was remarkable. The acting, cinematography, script (the way they conversed as a couple was so realistic; the arguments, the sex scenes and sweet moments. I think all couples can be reminded of similar situations/conversations/cute tidbits that they’ve had with their own significant other) and music was impeccable. I think I appreciated this film in its entirety a lot more because of how much it resonated for me. The feelings of boredom in a long term relationship are unwavering. But I guess the difference between my partner and I and the couple in the film is that we know what would happen if we let our emotions completely drive us. Only short-term satisfaction, happiness and pleasure would ensue. When the excitement starts to dwindle, and there’s nothing left but you and the person you love, it’s hard to pick up the pieces as what you had before, no longer exists. It’s heartbreaking. Everything else is uncertain, but one thing remains in this moment. The love you have and will always share for one another. That is the binding that never left <3

This might look bad to you, but it is IRL millennial adulthood! I recently dated somebody very similarly, I was an immigrant, he was a local, our initial conversations were pretty much the same, I said I never wanted to get married or have kids, he wanted the opposite; things escalated and fizzled out so we stopped seeing each other. And this is a true story!
