The 2024 model year marks a mid-cycle refresh for Audi’s midsize sports sedan (including the A6 and the RS6), which includes updated front grill, new color and wheel options, and revised technology. Now, let’s get into some technical stuff.

The S6 is based Volkswagen’s MLB Evo platform, featuring a five link front and rear suspension combined with air springs as standard. A sport steel suspension with adaptive dampers is available as $350 option, and if you opt for a $4,000 S Sport package, you will get an all-wheel steering, sport exhaust and an active differential, which can direct nearly all torque to one of the rear wheels. Gone are V10 and V8 engines, as the V8 is reserved for the RS6.

There are no changes to the 2025 model. Other cars to consider are an Audi S5, Audi RS5, Audi RS6, Audi S7, BMW M5, BMW M550i, Hellcat, Mustang GT, Camaro SS.
