So helpful, thank you. Nobody says this online when I googled type of shoes to buy. Have wasted so much money buying shoes that ended up not working. Thankfully after injections, using the inserts the dr made and stretching my calves daily my pf has gone away. However, for extended walks I still need comfort. All the sneakers today are so poorly made, just foam. A firm heel helps and your video confirms this. Good luck everyone.

I’m literally crying on what to do when it comes to making a decision whether or not to purchase shoe insoles or orthopedic shoes!! I’ve been suffering with feet pain but ever since I started working in the pharmacy my foot/heel pain has become severely debilitating.
