Can I take this if I have high blood pressure. 29 years old, 6'2 1/2, 299lb was 330lb. Started eating less, started to eat only vegetables, no dressing, only drinking water no other liquids, coupled with a 5 mile cardio treadmill power walk 3 times a week. blood pressure was higher but dropped but still considering high. On blood pressure medication. I used to be in awesome shape before getting married. Lost the flame for a while due to Stress eating. Gained it back. glad to see I'm losing weight now.
