Generally Lenovo bios offer an option to start the computer as soon as the charging cable is plugged on, witch could resolve your docking station issue (as network PXE boot and so on 😜)

I purchased one, the only thing negative about it is that the battery drains extremely fast when on sleep mode. I'm quite sure I even noticed that it drained after leaving it turned off.

Great attention to detail as before.
I don´t agree with the speakers being good. Having owned Gen 6, 7 & 9 plus a P50, P72 & P15 Gen 1 - all of them sound so bad compared to an old intel MBP. That´s probably the only thing I don’t appreciate about the high end Thinkpads, love them and seldom buy anything else.
