Thats because you need non-sticky pan then wait for some time until you see some burns from outside then remove it from the pan then it will work pls pls psl try iyt in this way

Here's how to make a mystery lollipop

Ingredients & Materials Sugar – 2 cups Corn syrup – ½ cup Water – ¼ cup Candy thermometer Flavor extracts (choose 3-5 different ones for mystery effect) Food coloring (optional) Lollipop molds or parchment paper Lollipop sticks Instructions 1. Prepare the Mold Lightly grease lollipop molds or line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place lollipop sticks in the molds. 2. Make the Candy Base In a heavy saucepan, mix sugar, corn syrup, and water over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then stop stirring and let it reach 300°F (hard-crack stage). 3. Add the Mystery Element Divide the hot candy into small bowls (if making multiple flavors). Add different flavor extracts and mix quickly. For a real mystery lollipop, mix multiple flavors together! Add food coloring (optional) to match or mislead the flavor. 4. Pour & Cool Carefully pour the mixture into molds. Let the lollipops cool completely before removing them. 5.
