OMG! some of them were TOTAL RUINS, HOW COULD They sell that Rubble? I guess you did well compared to most of those places, I would have questioned the credentials of the Realtors if they showed me those Ruins

How did you guys find all these properties? Do you also have a video about the search and how buying a farmhouse in Italy is done? In the future we also want to move to Italy but how it’s done seems stagnering.

Some of those properties must have been abbandoned for many many years.
The property you finaly bought needs some work but atleast it has all its walls and floors 😂
