When I memorised surah Mulk my speed was 3-5 verses with meaning in every Salah. So it took me a couple day to memorise and then reciting whole surah in prayer felt like an achievement.

Memorise on day 1.
Initially listen x3. (1/listen 2&3/ repeat) < repeat 3 times.
Day 2: review day 1, & memorise new.
Day 7: review again
Day 14: review again.
Repeat cycle.
