Only the second torchwood needs plant food power up.

When the Snow Pea shoots past a Torchwood it turns into a normal Pea and if it passes another it becomes a Fire Pea

I remember the times when snow peas turned into sun instead of regular peas because devs forgot about this mechanic
The game knew that it should do something with the pea but didn't know what because there was no code for it so it turned ice peas into sun that acted like regular peas

Fun fact: if you have a peashooter, a torchwood, and snow pea in that order, the snow pea will slow the zombie, but the fire pea will turn the zombie back to normal

Also If You Use 2 Of Thorched Wood Frist Normal Thorched Wood And The Scond Is Blue Fire Thorched Wood With Snow Shooter IT WILL BE A BLUE FIRE PEA FROM THE SNOW SHOOTER Maybe It's Good IDEA Cause THE BLUE FIRE PEA IS BETTER THAN THE SNOW PEA

I remember that one time in pvz 1, thought it would be a good idea to put snow pea in front of torchwood, thinking it would be good idea to slow them, at the same time using double peashooter in back of torchwood. Basically the position is double peashooter, torchwood and snow pea, slow them as well give them more damage. Lets just say its more useless than Sakura

When you plant a snow pea behind one torchwood the frozen pea will become a normal pea but when you plant two torchwoods the frozen pea will turn into a normal pea then a fireball
