I want to ask if it is necessary to have IELTS to apply for a visa if it is not mentioned in the CAS letter (which means the university considered the 12th class score and issued the CAS)? Also, I want to know if this 28-day-old fund condition is there for visa purposes only. So if I have to make 3000 GBP to get CAS, then this initial deposit should be 28 days old too? pls respond.

I have received 50% scholarship from university and I have paid rest 50%. I’m planning to show my mother’s FD for living expenses but when I asked the bank for balance certificate they gave me interest certificate with no contact numbers or mail of the branch, what should I ask them for? It is a govt bank, it’s so confusing. can you please tell me what kind of letter is required and what information should be present on the letter.
