This is Abed's one and ònly speaking scene in the episode. His only other scene is when he pushes Troy's wheelchair at the very end of the episode without a word. He's also not added in the montage of suspects at the end, because he's the one filming.

That proves that he is the asscrack bandit. The cameraman becomes invisible. The percect getaway.

My guy just wanted some payback.
And he did it with the perfect crime.
