If you have the gall to do it, I have a fun Poppy build.
Full crit Poppy: Galeforce, Collector, Navori, Essence Reaver, and RFC or LDR last.
Which all sounds like a normal crit build, but you go HoB instead of harvest or electrocute, which allows you to easily get two Qs in a single stun combo, and it is easy to hit stuns with Galeforce reposition. Insane burst damage, very fun. And it is one of the few Poppy builds that really does scale well. I've usually played it mid, but it can work well anywhere if you are good enough at Poppy.
Runes: HoB, Sudden impact or cheap shot, eyeball, ingenious hunter, and then whatever you want secondary, my favorites are white with boots and the item haste rune, blue with gathering storm transcendence, or yellow with coupdegrace and triumph. Green if you need the defence.

Builds like this are one of the reasons I love Poppy and am an avid Poppy main, she is just so diverse and able to build almost any item, and run almost any rune. From tank, to bruiser, to assassin to mage, to somewhat healer to the support with some of the most peel in the game.
