One recently created corps you didn't cover is the Sorrow Lantern, a gray lantern.

The Phantom Ring is our last light.
We yearn for power, strength and might
I seize the ring, that is my right!"

Don't know if we should also mention Lantern hybrids, one person wearing multiple rings. Best example I have is Razer from Green Lantern's animated series, originally was a Red Lantern after the death of his wife, but eventually gave it up for a Blue Lantern after flying off to find Aya, an AI that helped him temper his rage who had disappeared. After a brief spat with a New God, Metron, Razer merged the power of his two rings together by channeling both hope and rage in equal parts, becoming a Blue and Red Lantern hybrid.

You said Ultraviolets are powered by shame, but based on what I've read, they are powered by negative hidden emotions (hence why it's the _Invisible_ Emotional Spectrum). Obviously this _can_ be shame, but it's also things like hatred and pity.

6:47 it makes sense. Hope doesnt do much by itself but it lets you keep moving. So it makes sense for hope to only have basically abilities, but then affect other emotions.

If there's a Ultraviolet Lantern Corps, shouldn't there be a Infrared Lantern Corps to balance it?

This is an interesting commentary on DC writers and readers views on emotions.

I’m impressed how you spoke the indigo lantern Corp’s oath. How much practice did it take for you to get it that fluent lol

09:22 I don't want to be That Guy, but the Indigo Lantern Corps aren't called that. They're called the Indigo Tribe.

My lantern corps idea using the color 'pink', since it's the only one that hasn't been used yet by DC.

Color: PinkPower
Source: Imagination - Members draw their power from the strength of their imagination.
Abilities: Anything imagined or thought up by the members can become real through the power of make-believe.

Ring Selection: Unlike other Lantern Corps where rings automatically select their bearers based on a specific emotion, Pink Lantern rings resonate with individuals who possess not only a vivid imagination but also a pure, creative spirit. These rings seek out those who are untainted by cynicism or negativity, selecting those who can channel their creativity into constructive and imaginative constructs.

Selection Process: New members are chosen by existing Pink Lantern Corps members. The process involves identifying individuals whose imagination stands out, perhaps through observing their creativity in action or through some form of imaginative trial where potential members must demonstrate their ability to create and sustain complex constructs from mere thought.

Weaknesses: The constructs created by Pink Lanterns might be vulnerable to disbelief or skepticism. If others around them doubt the reality or strength of these constructs, they could falter or dissipate. Additionally, the strength of a construct might directly correlate with the belief and focus of its creator; thus, any lapse in concentration could weaken their creations.

Leadership: A fitting leader for the Pink Lantern Corps could be an original character designed to embody the essence of creativity and imagination. Alternatively, an existing DC character like Bat-Mite, known for his chaotic but creative antics, could be reimagined to lead this corps, or even Mister Mxyzptlk from the Superman universe, whose powers revolve around bending reality to his whims.

Interactions with Other Corps:
The Pink Lanterns would have a unique relationship with other corps:

Green Lanterns: Potential allies due to shared aspects of creativity and problem-solving, though there might be tension if Green Lanterns see Pink constructs as less "real" or stable.

Red Lanterns: Likely adversaries, as the emotional chaos of the Red Lanterns might clash with the more playful, imaginative approach of the Pinks.

Other Corps: From Blue (Hope) to Black (Death), interactions would explore themes of creativity versus emotion, leading to rich narrative opportunities.

Storyline Potential - The existence of a corps powered by imagination opens up various storytelling avenues:
Exploring the moral implications of creating life or altering reality through imagination.
The responsibility that comes with such powers, questioning if every thought should be brought to life.
Potential conflicts over the control or misuse of such powers, leading to alliances or rivalries with other Lantern Corps.

This setup not only enriches the Lantern Corps mythos but also delves into philosophical questions about imagination, reality, and ethics.

The Phantom Ring vaguely reminds me of The One Ring from LOTR.
