How have primary care systems responded to the COVID-19 crisis? What role can primary and community care play in ensuring resilience against future public health crises? How can the EU support member states in building more resilient, people-centered, and innovative health systems? This CHES policy dialogue addressed these questions and reflected on the role of primary and community care in protecting people’s health and in preparing for future health crises.
