Comparing two computers running W10 Home and W10 Pro both on 1909 the Windows 10 Home edition does not have these features- and this seems expected.

I'm using windows 11, I couldn't find the server manager to install in this location

Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Optional Features > Add Feature > Search for Server Manager.

could you please suggest on this how to install Server Manager !
