There is not a road where construction work is not going on in Mumbai.. Trees are being felled... Aarey being cut down for more construction.. Where did this dust come from?? The construction work doing on everywhere.. Why the wind couldnt be diverted or mellowed down, there were no trees to do that on the way..!!
