I swear if it weren't for all these great people on Youtube to help DIY'ers like myself....I wouldn't be able to make ends meet. God Bless.

Thank you so much! My washer was going out of balance with loud bangs, wouldn't always finish spinning. I had a repair man come out and told me it was the transmission and said it couldn't be fixed. He recommended I buy a Speed Queen. I am a DIYer. With some research, I came across your video. I ordered suspension rods for my Samsung washer from you, followed the directions in your video and my washer now runs like brand new! Not realizing it, my daughter was overloading my washer and one of the suspension rods were broken - that was the hardest one to get out and replace, so I needed the help from my neighbor. I had to order the 28" long rods for my washer. My rods did not come with the gloves so I bought a pair from Walmart for a couple of dollars. You were right about using gloves. They were greasy. Again, thank you!!!

Replaced these rods today with guidance from your video and my 89 year old mother holding a flashlight (it was her machine)! So far so good! We thank you!

I rarely comment on YouTube videos, but I had to say thank you for saving me $100+ on a service call PLUS whatever it would have cost a professional to fix it. In addition, I just wanted to say that replacing these rods also fixes the issue of the washer running water on the spin cycle. Apparently, the washer's computer will think the load is unbalanced if your rods are worn, and it's then programmed to add water to attempt to balance it out. My wife noticed our washer was doing that, and this replacement fixed the issue! Thanks again!

Thank you so much! I put in an order for replacement rods on your website, and they were on my porch the very next day!! Absolutely incredible—that’s better than Amazon!

The washer is now on its second load, running perfectly. Such an easy replacement too…

All of these overwhelmingly positive comments almost made it feel like a scam, haha, but it’s definitely well deserved.

I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!! I bought one of these washing machines from a restore because a rich woman didn't like it when they delivered it to her house. So she bought a completely different one and let it sit in her basement for 10 years. When I bought it from the restore it had a broken foot, and at the time I didn't have the money to even replace that. Since I owned it I have had issues with it spinning, and this model will restart the wash cycle each and every time that it goes unbalanced. I was going to have to buy a brand new washer I could not get it to complete a load. I don't even remember how I came across your video, I don't even remember what I put in the search bar. But I bought the parts and I just fixed it today and it is running better than it has ever ever ran for me. Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank

I purchased the Lorain kit for our, continuously failing out-of-balance Samsung (AAARRRRGHHH), and YES, it WORKS! Took me about 10 minutes, total, to change out the rods (if that) and we were throwing clothes in it and walking away with no more worries. Thank you, Lorain! YAY!

Thanks for this tutorial video! Saved $300 on repairs by doing it myself:)
Got off the market rods at $27 for the set in EBay and it works like a charm! 😊

As a 31 year old woman with a handful of tools and limited knowledge on how to repair an appliance I am so grateful for your video! Saved me from breaking down and buying an entire new machine! Thanks!

To anyone having this issue with unbalanced load even after changing the rods, I would suggest checking the nut on the drum underneath the machine for looseness. If it's not loose, remove the pulsator plate inside the tub and check the drum nut.

Mine was cracked and a piece got caught in the water pump so it wouldn't drain. After I cleared the pump, the unbalanced load issue started. My rods seemed to be good so I didn't bother changing them. I replaced the nut, recalibrated the machine and she's running good, for now.

Thank you, this fixed the problem! My washer had 2 front screws under the washer lid that have white rubber plugs covering them. Pop off the plugs and remove the 2 screws. There are 2 more screws under the control panel assembly. Get that assembly loose and lift it out of the way. Remove the 2 screws. Now the top of the washer will be free. Then lift up the top of the washer and move it around to get to the suspension rods.

Ouuuuiiii!!! I have watched a few other videos before finding yours. I'm a DIY girly but i was a bit apprehensive about removing the screws until I found your video. All the others removed like 10 screws. Thank you soooo much for making me feel better because I'm definitely ordering the rods today and installing them myself. You are an absolute life saver 🙌🏾

This video help out a tons! Was able to replace the rods and in the process disconnect the pressure line., which water went everywhere when I ran the washers. So I went back and watched the entire video and it clearly says “ be careful and not disconnect the pressure line” so I new exactly what I had did. Opened the back of the washer and connected the line and the washer ran like new. Thank you.

So one of the ladies commenting said, if it wasn’t for you guys on YouTube…

Can I just “amen” that… we as well don’t know what we would’ve done. If it wasn’t for this video, it turned out that our machine wasn’t the exact same model, but if we had never seen this video, I’m sure we would’ve failed. Thank you so much!
