Alaska Airlines 737-900 brutal and most turbulent landing!

This was the most turbulent flight I have ever been on! I came out of my seat a couple times! I only had worse turbulence in a Cessna 182! Keep in mind this was filmed with a GoPro that had image stabilization on and it still looks like this! Absolutely crazy!

What makes it worse is that it happened at night when you cannot see the horizon.That said, it's mountain flying and quite normal to be bounced around. My worst was YVR to Calgary in a 732. At 330, we dropped hard enough that everything loose, including people flew up and out of the seats. This went on for 10 minutes until we got past the rocks. The aircraft was same plane service to Edmonton.It took such a beating the pilots pulled it out of service and changed aircraft. Though un nerving, your flight was very normal for where you were flying. Happy trails.

Just watching this makes me sweat. I hate heavy turbulence it feels like the plane is going to lose control it sucks.

The video just doesn't do it justice that is one rough approach, felt like getting tossed around in a dryer, the video on the other looked like a toddler sneezed on the wing
