Please proof this theorem
Suppose C is a closed convex cone let z denote the projection of x onto C then Re. [ x-z, z] less than or equal to 0 for every y in C and Re. [ x-z, z]=0 conversely if any element z in C satisfies these two properties then it is the projection of x onto C
