Mam i have doubts in this law, my brother is not allowing us to live with them after his marriage, we are living separately in rented house, my earnings is 10k i given fully to my parents and rents, my brother is refuses to give money from his side, he is earning 1 lakh per mnth,
And my parents are sold land and houses for his educations, and given all jewels for his marriage expenses, due to age father nd mother are not working and having severe health issues, now they are not able to spend and afford for my marriage expenses, we just live with 10k, its not sufficient for our cost of living, is my parents have rights claim money from my brother ?
