In order for the scout legends to be more valuable they're going to need to create a lot more hiding spots within in the map. Maybe containers to hide into and such.

The triple take sill hit for 90 plus and still maintain the movement while pk you have an animation you have to let play through. Tap your tights and shoot with the triple take and you will move so fast and look for headshots try it stay you will love it
