PRO TRIATHLETES Training in Dubai - The road to Ironman Texas

Today's training consisted of a steady ride in the morning followed by an amazing sea swim off the coast of Dubai. I finished with an evening run where we started at tempo pace and built up to a threshold pace, all with the beautiful backdrop of the Dubai skyline.

I'm not sure training gets any better than this!
