Kayla please don't change your intro song, I get my life every time I hear it 😂…So not the leasing agent telling you the water smells like sulfur and rotten eggs! Just for that it's a no for me but this was definitely one of the nicest- home feeling apartments you've toured so far. If it weren't for the water or package situation I would have been here for the 1bdrm.

$3500 would give you luxury in my city! The DC prices are crazy! Love watching your apartment search though!

I work as a project manager for luxury residential and I can 100% stand behind the sulphurous smell due to stagnant water, we usually find that’s the most common reason.
However that’s not the only probable cause, it can also be problems from the water source, drain issues, or even that the water heater needs to be flushed.

That's a mortgage payment, and Im new to owning a home, first year and my mortgage payment isnt near that. Heck no!!! These rent prices are getting crazier.

I think you should look in Rockville. A little cheaper and all the things you’re looking for. And yes, they have metro

The Appointment was beautiful! But you can’t get around bad water that’s a deal breaker 😢

The built in desk could be a coffee bar/air fryer/appliance/crafting area.

The townhome we lived in smelled like sulfur at first because it had sat for months. It went away after letting it run for awhile

Kayla...maybe consider a PO box if you find a place but the package situation is not good. That water situation is concerning! I was waiting for you to run the water🤣 Glad you asked him about it because it lets them know people are reading the reviews.

I’m going to stop complaining about my little $1800 rent for a 3 bedroom apartment because I would be homeless if I lived up there .

I live in Downtown Silver Spring up the street from the red line. I definitely take the reviews into consideration and sort them by the newest ones. Rockville is on the Red Line. You should definitely check out Downtown Silver Spring for apartments that are walkable to everything and in the $2000 range
