Well, it's about time. The Bronx is so nastyyyy . I think giving tickets to those places that continuously keep the streets dirty will help keep the streets clean and bring in revenue to NYC

there are thousands of them in the city, even though it's been proven for decades that their design is a natural ladder, it allows rats to just climb inside and dine.
