They do give you the stuff it’s just that you have to refer to a shit ton of people and over time they’ve started using tactics such as saying that you’ve cut off a large amount of cash from your gift in order to get you to actually go through with the offer.

Temu itself is not a scam! I ordered a Gameboy knock off and it came with carry on case. But those referral codes are lame and time consuming it's literally impossible to get free stuff 😭

Well according to the terms and conditions, (im working to prove the free gift thing atm) it says you need to invite a minimum of 30 new members and 3 current users.

It goes down to like 10 cents until it stops in the last 2 dollars. Honestly it works if you have a lot of friends though. It's not really a scam but it's trying to get new users to buy stuff which my friends just use my referrals and don't use Temu.

It used to be different, I remember when Temu was just starting (September, 2022) it used to let you pick something for like $99 MAXIMUM and you would invite the amount of people depending on the price. Once I picked a set of Lenovo wireless headphones (they were great), and I just invited 3 people and got them in a week. Things may have changed and I’m sad about that, it used to be really simple.

Sir you're absolutely 💯 percent correct. I was constantly inviting family and friends but to no avail. However, if you have a platform or a lot of family and friends you can invite you're good as well. Unfortunately, I don't have that many people to invite so I just stopped trying.
