thank you for this case study. I was diagnosed with RA 4yrs after i completed chemotherapy for lymphoma. I continue to teach Pilates but I was stumped how to continue Pilates for myself. I have been trying to be normal and not let RA get the better of me, but I now realise I have to look for a new normal. 🙏
