Died at least 20 times to the Parade Master, but that was whenever I only tried to dodge his attacks. After mastering guard regain and perfect, on my second run I only died to him once

If anyone is still having trouble with this boss, I have to personally recommend using the greatsword with that lightning buff. Not only does it really squash him, but the weapon is excellent at blocking his attacks. Good luck!
