Microsoft re-opens Three Mile Island. Oracle & Amazon hire nuclear engineers. Big Tech's massive AI data centers are increasingly going to be powered by nuclear.

I'm glad that SOMEbody is actually investing in nuclear power finally. Even though I can't stand the big tech industry, going nuclear is the best solution for high energy output that's clean, dense, and safe.

Basically, this is great thing since it's going to mean that we're going to have a lot of research and build out of reactors that hasn't been done in decades. Those reactors will most likely be built to a repeatable specification that will mean lower cost and faster creation than the "every reactor is a special snowflake" methodology that was used in the past. Finally the billions of dollars that are made and held by these companies will be put to good use.
