Stronger neck also equals unbreakable jaw/better ability to defend chokes if you get in a brawl at some point.

Wear a beanie, wrap a Velcro belt around the beanie while passing it through the "circumference" of a resistance band. By holding the other end of the band in hand, one can exercise the neck up, down, left and right with resistance coming from the band.

I think we see a bigger neck as more attractive because it directly helps with combat/wrestling, so we automatically see someone with a big neck as good at fighting and therefore more alpha. This is obviously jusy a complete theory but it seems like a logical explanation.

Just do BJJ, neck bridges and drill MT clinches for 10 years and you'll get an 19+ inch neck, trust me lads.
I've played around with neck curls and extensions and I was doing 20+ reps with 55lbs bumper plates pretty much right away so I must've built it up quite a bit from sports. I don't really do them any more though, I might throw in a couple of sets during the weekend.

Speaking of thick necks-- Escanor has a monstruous YOKE on him when he's boosted up

Been hitting the neck on my lower days in the Sheiko BB program for the last 4 months with the 15-20 and 8-13 rep ranges. Really added some size fast. I found these exercises can cause some disorientation at first but after a few weeks I adapted to the motion and now have no issues at all. Good to note for anybody else experiencing that negative side effect.

Working out traps is best way to create illusion of bigger neck and it does help to some extent.
