her play style wants you to have one of each dimension up, but really in fights where you need the utility, the dimension that reduces power gain by 60% is the one to go for, I reckon it will be possible to get 180% ability power gain rate reduction consistently

- 12% regen if tht sp2 hits hard, n her -damage increaze of upto 100-150%.
