I myself have had a very bad experience with Holidu. I booked a holiday home, the booking was confirmed immediately by Holidu and the money was immediately collected. Then the great joy of the upcoming holiday was ruined by Holidu two weeks beforehand. The confirmed booking was canceled again. This is a clear breach of contract by Holidu!

All of my inquiries and emails were ignored. Holidu is simply playing dead. Holidu calls itself a professional, but is behaving in a totally unprofessional manner.

It is already stated in Holidu's imprint. Quote: "We are not willing and are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board."

This shows that Holidu is not at all willing to solve problems that it itself caused.
