Preview of Sweet Lands - A Confectionery Treat of a Board Game

Use your sweet tooth to design the confectionery city of your dreams with the Heavy-Euro game Sweet Lands designed by Totsuca Chuo and published by Uchibacoya - coming to Kickstarter on October 29th. Don’t let the sugary theme fool you, this is a crunchy game filled with strategic decisions on every move you make. You’ll be paying to play cards or discarding them to take worker placement actions while you build up your map by placing land tiles, roads, and buildings. It combines a lot of mechanics from some of our all time favorite games and adds a sweet twist to it all to make it an engaging gaming experience. Think of it like Terraforming Mars meets Candy Land. We’ll give you all of our thoughts in our full preview video.
