believe it or not, mid to late March, although rainy, can be a great time to visit England around London, Bath, Kent etc. I lived there at that time of year and with global warming, spring is starting earlier. Roses, bllossom etc. Just a thought.
If I have my druthers, I'll only travel in April, May, late September and October to the UK, France, Italy and Germany. Avoid those tourists!
