Universal health care means everyone is listed on a national computer and then people get a letter to turn up, all done in the UK and Israel and other countries with a universal healthcare system. That's why is disjointed in the US, different health providers, and different medical insurances have no way to coordinate with each other.

Older citizens ARE left out. Just like we don't matter. We paid our taxes for years . This country treats older people like we have no value. I am a good citizen worked hard. Raised good citizens. There should be home visits to get them to Seniors. Meals-on-Wheels, home healthcare systems...EMT's...have them set-up appointments and go to the seniors, through their Doctor.

The answer to how to fix the vaccinations and help people access proper health care is centralized health care, but you fight tooth and nail to say that's a bad idea, because inaurance company's who do not care about thoughs they cover, might loose money...
