Thanks for all the good info but can you please clarify below,

When everyone refer, interest rate are going down, exactly which one they are referring, is that bank rate or FD rate or repo rate or reverse repo rate, which one?

If it is referring to any interest rate then can you please tell me how bond interest rate determined?

Is bond rate is link to any other interest rate, like MCLR link to repo rate with spread?
