Before you Buy a Straw Lid for your Hydro Flask (update to our videos about cleaning straw lids)

This is an update to our earlier videos about cleaning your Hydro Flask straw lid. We're making it after receiving several comments about an issue people have run into.

There’s something you should be aware of before you buy a Hydro Flask straw lid, and it’s related to how you clean the lid. Back in February and March, we made two videos showing how you can remove the spout from both of Hydro Flask’s straw lids, including the original and the Flex Straw designs. This video shares an important update that we’ve learned from comments received in those videos.

Can you make a video of the coldest bottle lid 2.0 and compare it to this lid? Ive had the coldest bottle, however, mold easily builds up and it's impossible to clean. Now I'm thinking about getting this one because it seems easier to clean since you can take out the red thing.

May I ask with this spout cleaning issues, would you recommend us getting flex zip lid instead of flex straw lid?

At 4:16, the “<“ makes it seem that the Flex was inferior than the OG cap.
