In addition to all the errors brought up by the other "commenters" I would add that the high amount of 60 cycle hum you have when fuzz knobs are full up is mainly caused by your "daisy chaining" too many and/or the wrong type quite things down try putting the fuzz on its own separate power source

My man, I dont know where yer getting your gear info from but ya need to stop listening to who/wherever it is. True bypass has nothing to do with volume increase. It simply lets your signal pass unaffected when the effect is bypassed. The level knob controls the volume of the pedal so you can match your fx volume with the bypassed volume. If you have the level up enough the pedal will be louder than your dry signal when you kick it on. Its only there for level matching or pushing your amp harder. None the less, ya cant go wrong for $40.

What? Electro Harmonix? Modtone makes the fuzzer. And Boss does not make a fuzz face. Nice rock socks btw.
