Having never owned an instrument, , One day when I was 39, , I woke up and said to myself, "Uhhh, I feel like learning the piano today." Interesting...when I figured this song out from memory (not listening to the recording), I played it a half step down, in A minor. I found it a little easier to sing in A minor. In terms of popular piano/keyboard songs from the 1980s, there are so many. Here's a list of a few:
