Perhaps someone could collar Senator Schumer and explain what a "quorum call" is and why the US Congress also has the right to order the Sergeant at Arms to compel absent lawmakers, by arrest if need be, to get their butts in the chairs they were elected to fill. This isn't the act of a "despicable governor;" it's the act of a group of supposedly committed lawmakers to do their freaking job.
