Create a Custom Google Map with Pins from Excel Address List | Drop Multiple Pins on Google Maps
Показать описание
In this video, I have thoroughly explained how to create location pins on Google Maps using the data from an Excel file.
You can have hundreds of addresses in the files with some other columns and the address column. Then, on Google mymaps, upload the Excel file.
It will create the location pins for all the addresses within a few seconds. Initially, you will see the location pins in Blue with the default location pin icon. But you will have complete freedom to update the styles of the location pins. It has a vast library of icons for the pins and a few colors. You can change the different icons and different colors for the different pins.
Also, you can upload images for the locations where you have created the pins.
According to my view, this is the best Google Maps location pin feature.
When the pinning is done, you can share the custom map with other people using their email or copy the link and share it with others.
It gives you an option to make the custom map publicly available.
Another nice feature Google Maps offers here is you can embed the custom map with all the custom pins on your website. It provides an iframe embed code; copy the code and paste it where you want to display it.
