That was stupid. The horse just spooked and that's why it kicked him. So you shouldn't spook horses by approaching them in their blind spot.

Hopefully he learnt the same lesson as the kid you had on here who kept slapping the horse, don't approach horses from behind and don't mistreat them, I can't find it but it was titled something like 'child sees beautiful white horse', but u made out in the description that the horse was at fault, what in reality it was the kids fault for antagonising it and the parents fault for leaving a toddler unattended near a busy road with a horse wandering around, the horse had already given a warning kick and intentionally missed after the child slapped it 3 times and the kid walked away laughing and then went and slapped it's belly and that's when the poor thing had enough and made the child leave it alone so it could eat, and the fact the horse went straight back to eating shows its not vicious, if it's a common thing for horses to roam the streets then the child should be taught not to go near if alone.
