Behringer Neutron First Impression ( rhythmic jam )

The Behringer Neutron is a semi-modular paraphonic analog synthesizer with authentic 2x 3340 oscillators & a 56-point patchbay.

I preordered mine months ago and was supposed to get it in October but they have shipped early and the Beast has arrived.

This is my first run as I go through the oscillators, envelopes, LFO's, VCF,drive and various other settings to see what this can do. I'm running a arpeggiator through my controller and both devices are connected to Logic Pro through USB Midi.

The Audio track has been recorded separately and I have tried to keep it as authentic as possible to the original sound. I added some neutral compression to get the levels up. No EQ or FX have been added. Sorry about the video as I recorded this quick.

The signal is loud and full so please be careful with your headphones and speakers!

So far I'm very impressed by the results and it has exceeded my expectations. Quality is good and the controls are very responsive. The sounds is very fat and warm as expected. This synth is perfect for rhythmic arpeggiator sequenced , bass patterns , Techno , experimental music, etc. I will be uploading more videos on this synth and patches in the near future.
