You’ve inspired me to go all organic with everything I use. I’ve had many therapist and your tips have helped me so much to the point I don’t need a therapist anymore I’ve had very bad anxiety for years. You’ve also motivated me to start working out consistently. You’ve inspired me in more ways than you can imagine and any day you post on any of your social media platforms bring up my mood. I’m also going to buy myself a birch mattress for my birthday. thank you for just being you and making videos. By the way you are so beautiful inside and out. Love you Sarah and that you for being around I will continue to always what your videos. ❤

5:13 is the end of the Birch mattress sponsorship ad, for those of us who are not currently in need of a new mattress and two free pillows.

Anyways, I admire how far this woman will go to solve hair problems.

As someone else with long hair, I can attest that adding "long" layers (mine are in the last 6-8 inches of my hair) makes a WORLD of difference when it comes to mats and tangles. When my hair is all the same length, or even close to it, it consistently knots itself. The layers prevent nearly all of this from happening, and I only brush my hair once before showering twice a week.

I don’t think I’m going to say this right but this video has the most pure and excellent ingredients of any hair video that I’ve ever seen! The quality shows because of the beauty of your hair. It’s pretty amazing. Thanks for sharing your hair care habits as well. I’ve been growing my hair out for a little while and you’re inspiring me to carry-on.

I think most of us is obsessed with her hair care. It's inspired me to grow out my hair which I haven't done since childhood

@holistichabits Being a Indian I wanted to suggest something, After any herbal mask don't shampoo directly, rinsed it off only with water put any cold pressed or virgin oil then next morning wash it off with shampoo. Love from INDIA 🤘🏻♥️

Not sure if you might want to know but as an esthetician, one tip, the mask you used was a clay mask which is really great for drawing out oils and impurities and reducing the appearance of pores. Typically, a toner should be used following a mask to remove any trace of it without steaming the skin and softening the pores you just tightened up (Or removing any of the good stuff if you’re using a more hydrating cream mask)! Maybe try using a lavender toner, which should be super calming and also hydrating while making sure to remove any of the staining you’re concerned about. Follow up with a moisturizer and oil and you’ll be a skincare and haircare queen!

I’ve been watching your videos for about 3 years now and have never commented before. I just wanted to thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge! You have such a calm and beautiful-elven energy about you! It’s so calming and inspiring just to listen to your voice.
I’ve tried many of your tips over the years and especially love the tek wooden brush, the blue beautifly amalaki scalp oil, and you turned me on to oil cleansing too!
Watching you share your struggle with the mat and “bad hair day” is what finally prompted me to leave you a comment! I have very fine straight hair (like silk) that also gets horribly tangled, so it was heartening to see that you also face some of those struggles and what you do to improve them!
I hope you have a beautiful new year!

nice to watch but I actually stopped all those natural organic hair washes and treatments after almost 3 years. Like shown here, its extremely time consuming, expensive and often does not give better results than an actual hair mask or conditioner. My hair often ended up being more dry, changing its color because of herbs or powders and just because its natural and organic its not automatically save for you.I had many bad allergic reactions to such products. Dont want to sound negative and just sharing my experience. Her hair is naturally thick and nice and the products she uses work for her hair but made mine often worse. I now do pay more attention that a use a good shampoo with a good lower ph and do nourish my lengths with a conditionier or mask . Thats it. Works way better for me. Henna, herbs and natural masks can actually be really drying to the hair. I did not understand that for a long time

I have been watching her for years . She is so motivated to keep her hair length. When my hair was so long I soon wanted to chop it

Sarah, thank you so much for your videos. 6 years ago I totally shaved my head in a buzz cut, I was left with 1cm of hair! I had done that because I had worn my hair short, but it was extremely damaged and dry. I started watching your channel and it motivated me to grow my hair out. Now my hair reaches my lower back, and I want to make it grow to my tailbone
My hair is so healthy and beautiful thanks to your videos, I bought a Tek wooden brush and tried all the different masks you've made a video on, thank you again!

I have long hair that tangles and matts, my best tip is to twist the sections you can separate so hair can't be pulled from the root. Start at the ends with a bristle brush to remove most of the knot, then use a regular brush keeping the hair sectioned, twisted and starting at the ends. Then I use a spray and cream leave in conditioner. Braid the sections until dry to help reduce frizz. Remove braids, hair is wavy and soft.

Love the contrast between the angelic voice, heavenly piano music and “looks like vomit”! First laugh out loud of 2023! Seriously though, your hair is dream beautiful, and you are definitely one of my hair inspirations. I am 2 months in to a serious hair growth journey and your videos are my go-to for motivation. I also have a rebellious dry streak, always have and my mother and grandmother also had the same streak. I’m planning to try out a cassia treatment but will wait till spring comes so I can apply it in the garden and avoid the mess! Can I ask how thick your strands are? You clearly have the most wonderful thick hair, I’m just wondering is it thickness of strand, density, or a mixture of both?

I didn't know it was called that, I called them 'fairy knots'. When I get fairy knots I just put a couple drops of oil on the knot. It helps work it out more easily!

I rinse my hair masks outside with the water hose. Everything goes into the garden, it's all herbs anyway. I love shampooing outside with the birds chirping and fresh air breezing through. Then I sun dry my hair! Try it! 🐦🌹🌺🌞🌝😎

Detangling hair when it's soaked in oil is much easier in my experience. You guys can try it if there is too much tangles

I absolutely love your videos! I just recently ordered shampoo, conditioner, & oil from Calia 🙏🏼🥰 MY hair use to be knee length then I had it cut, now after years of keeping it short, this has inspired me to grow it back, along with holistic habits, fasting etc. I am so excited to be on this journey of regrowingmy hair, realignment, & healing our world is about to experience. Thank you for being a bright light & an inspiration!🙏🏼🧘🏼‍♀️🌟💝
