Thank you. None of the documentation anywhere tells you where the best place to place the file. It is ambiguous if in main or .git. And since my stuff was having errors, I could never confirm it.

Thanks a lot I was struggling with that .idea folder it becomes a great problem since some of the files in that folder change whenever you work in a project .
