_*Important*: Since recording this video we've discovered that the ECO and Standard preset modes can actually remember different settings between SDR and HDR modes, so we would recommend using one of those (ECO is easier as its better configured to start with) instead of switching between the Custom 1 and Custom 2 modes. You can follow the rest of the settings within this video and just configure the ECO mode within SDR mode, and then within HDR mode. Thankfully using this mode also seems to result in the 'peak brightness' setting for HDR being remembered properly so you don't have to activate that each time either._

Thanks for the guide. One thing some of us users have noticed is that certain presets actually maintain different settings between SDR and HDR. The standard preset I've been using does this.

I've read that 'game mode' setting enables/disabled DSC support. This is why you were locked at 120Hz when running outside game mode without DSC.

Just out of curiosity. Why did you mentioned navigating with back monitor button but not remote from start? Those basic settings (without game mode enabled) can be changed with remote as well :)

Great video, thanks. Just want to confirm re HDR10+ and Game HDR settings. I’m using the monitor for a PS5, would it be best to leave both of those settings set to off?

During your testing, did you ever notice random black screening that lasts approx 1-3 seconds?
Yous aid in tyyour link review that this monitor has GSYNC certification...i cannot find any evidence of this on the Nvidia site, also Nvidia control panel says it is not .
Any ideas how to prevent this random black screening?

When I go to the game tab it looks totally different. I don't have an option for Game Mode on or off. The "game genre" option in the quick menu is also greyed out.

I juat bought this 2 hours ago. How do i get that settings bar at the bottom where ot showes current resolution, FPS and HDR, VRR? How do i bring that up?
