Grilled Chorizo Sandwich is the famous Argentinian Street Food which we proudly present to you in this Street Food in Berlin Germany Episode. This Homemade Sausages served on a Bicykle are a spicy, firm, coarse-grained raw Pork Chorizo seasoned with Paprika, Salt, Pepper and Wine. The Choripán Argentina is a Chorizo Sausage Sandwich and the name Choripán comes from the combination of ingredients: grilled Chorizo Sausage in a crispy Bun.
And the homemade Chorizo Sausage from Choriman, the trained Chef, with his spicy Chimichurri, Salsa Criolla and Salsa Chipotle is an absolute taste explosion. Absolute insider tip for anyone looking for authentic Street Food "Made in Argentina" in Berlin - you will definitely find it at the one and only Choriman!

[1] Beef and Pork

The classic Argentinian Chorizo Sausage consists of Pork, Salt, Paprika, Spices and Red Wine. While the Spanish Chorizo is more like a Salami in that it is an air-dried raw sausage made from pork or veal, bacon, salt, spices and, most importantly, Paprika Powder, the Argentine Chorizo is a grilled Sausage. The Choriman made his own Beef and Pork Creation especially for us. Usually he sells the Classic and just as delicious Chorizo at his Stand.

[3] All Sauces and Toppings are also Homemade

The Homemade Sauces and Toppings are the Spicy Chimichurri, Salsa Criolla and the Salsa Chipotle with Chilli & Roasted Tomatoes.

[4] Choripán means Chorizo in a Bun

The original Argentinian Chorizo Sausage from Choriman`s own production is combined with the Homemade Chimichurri, Criolla & Chipotle Sauces and Toppings in a Bun roasted over a grill fire to create a delicious Choripán.

[5] Mara-Döner is Choriman`s Argentinian Beef Sandwich
Argentinian Beef Sandwich calls “Lomito” and means tenderloin and this is as common on the Streets of Argentina as the Doner Kebab is in Germany. Turning "Maradonna" into a "Mara-Döner" refers precisely to this popularity of Argentine Street Food. This Steak Sandwich is of course prepared with original imported Argentinean Beef.

[6] Chori-Tan means Chorizo as Seitan Variant

Chori-Tan is a pun on Chorizo and Seitan. Choriman also makes this Vegan Version of the Chorizo Sandwich himself and its his own cration.

Well done, he is just, well done! He doesn't whine that he feels bad that he lost his job! He works to make himself better. He does not lose touch with his homeland, he brought a little bit of Argentina into the life of Berlin. I was very touched by his memories of his grandfather - this is how the connection between times, generations is preserved, this is how life goes on..., with the taste of Argentinean sausages. Respect... and good luck!
