I’ve been in GLP-1 for 7 weeks I’m splitting my shots into two doses weekly (currently at 7.5 units BID ). I’ve lost 17 lbs so far.

What helps me most is daily tracking of my food intake; I think of it like managing my money, it’s just good to know what’s going on. I use Cronometer, paid version, and it does take a little time to set up at first, but soon it’s very easy and takes me no more than 5-10minutes daily. It’s the only way I can be sure of getting enough protein and keep carbs in check.

I live in the UK. I have been on moujaro since march last year. I have lost 13kg. But have stalled for more than three months on 10mg. I have taken at least 10k steps daily since June last year. I eat lots of animal protein and fiber. What else can I do. I am 68years old and female. Please help

Many thanks for your videos! One aspect I was going to ask about was the heart benefits of GLP1? Coming from a family of lots of heart related concerns with aging I wanted to try and understand the heart benefits above that of losing weight. I heard it mentioned in other videos but it didnt resonate exactly how it benefits. Thanks!

Thank you for your informative videos. I was cleared for Zepbound by my Endocrinologist and also cleared by GP. What supplements have you heard of that people take for constipation. I have diverticulosis and my only concern before taking it was how my G.I. will react.

Hello Dr, congratulations on you success, I’m sure it will make a better treating Physician in this field since you did the journey yourself. You said you are a cellular specialist and longevity Dr. Not putting you on the spot or medical advice, but is your thoughts about a low dose HGH of 1-1.5 IU every other day as a long term strategy. I went from 485 to 210 in 17 months, never went above 7.5mg Mounjaro. 48 years old, have been working out the past 12 months of this journey which accelerated the weight loss. I have heard HGH in very low dose is safe, and it will help with the skin tightening up over time. Also a great longevity strategy. Not looking for a body building dose or other drugs. Was a wedding and 5 Doctors at the table were all discussing their longevity protocols. All agreed 1 to 1.5 iu of HGH every other day was best/safe longevity strategy. Just never heard this before. Thx
