So far, he is the only man in the US above the law. He committed crimes by stealing classified documents, he gave access to them to his biographer and has not been prosecuted. He should be a convicted felon and be in jail.

Bar exam is not meant to be easy. Fun fact, the average first time passing rate for the bar exam is between 60 and 80%. That means up to 40% of people don't pass the bar exam the first time. There is no shame failing a hard test once or twice. IT's how it is.
